WE HAVE A STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Dear Esteemed Client,

In the event of a duplicate transaction during payment, we offer a store credit equivalent to the disputed amount.

While we do not provide refunds, we can also offer a membership card and a discount on your next appointment as a gesture of goodwill.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if such a transaction occurs so we can assist you. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Product Security Limit

Order elapse period; the company is not liable for any paid order or service that exceed 8 weeks without claim from the party. This will result to forfeiting of the said order or value added tax shall be imposed for claim by the party.
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@hairbytms.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
